No guesswork and no surprise fees. Here's exactly what our staging packages include and what they cost. We bring 15 years of remodeling and design experience to every home we stage. Not sure what your home needs? Start with a $250 walkthrough consultation, and we'll give you an honest plan. If you book full staging, $125 of it is credited toward your package. The walkthrough consultation is for occupied homes only, using your existing furniture.

  • VACANT HOME STAGING

    Home staging is essential for vacant homes in order to breathe life into the space and evoke emotions in potential buyers or renters.

    By strategically staging specific areas, we can elicit an emotional response. Also, bringing scale and warmth to the space.

Starting at $1875 for the first 30 days, our vacant home package includes:

  • One Bedroom

  • One Office

  • One Bathroom

  • Living room

  • Dining room

  • Kitchen

This package covers 30 days and includes staging, de-staging, and removal day. An additional $250 a week is charged after the first 30 days until de-staging day.

ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS:

  • Second bedroom staging - $500

  • Second bathroom - $250

  • Second Living room - $650

  • Kids Play Area or Room - $650

Travel costs outside of Kalamazoo, Michigan may apply.

Walkthrough Consultation — Occupied Homes: $250

Not ready for full staging, or still living in the home? Our walkthrough consultation gives you a professional's eye at a fraction of the cost. We'll walk through your home together, room by room, and show you exactly what to move, remove, refresh or rearrange so it photographs beautifully and shows at its best. For occupied homes only: this consultation uses your existing furniture.

What's included:

  • A 15 to 45 minute in-person walkthrough of your home

  • Room-by-room recommendations for furniture placement, decluttering and styling

  • Simple, budget-friendly fixes that make the biggest difference before listing photos: paint, lighting, curb appeal and quick updates

  • Half your fee comes back to you: if you book full staging with us, $125 of your $250 consultation is credited toward your staging package.
